We recently stayed in a cozy guesthouse in a beautiful and authentic Greek village. the breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked and baked goods, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly, even making a real effort to meet our dietary needs. the location was perfect for hiking, as it was right on the track. We enjoyed the big windows and great views of our room upstairs very much.
Our room was a bit dark because the windows needed to be shut during the day to keep away the sun, but on the other hand, this ensured that the temperature inside remained comfortable. the furniture was not exactly new, but this wasn't a big deal as everything was well cared for and clean.
